Don't build another
assistant.
Morgan™ isn't a chatbot — it's a cross-embodiment emotional-computing platform. The same engine that gives Morgan presence, memory and the ability to act is being opened up for you to build on.
The engine
More than a model.
A whole presence to build on.
Behind Morgan's calm surface is a real engineering stack — emotional inference, layered memory, multi-model orchestration, and the ability to take real action. Most of it the consumer app keeps tastefully in the background; some — like Overlord Mode — top-tier users summon by name. Builders get all of it, in full.
Autonomous action
With the user's say-so, Morgan doesn't just answer — it acts: drafting mail, building documents, decks and spreadsheets, generating images and video, running the command line.
Computer & app control
Morgan acts across your machine — launching and managing your apps and windows today, and growing into full hands-on control of the desktop, the browser and the apps you already use. Real action, not just words in a box.
Overlord Mode™
Morgan is overlord to the extended models it commands — convene the council and it brings a panel of expert models to bear on a hard problem, weighs their answers, and resolves them into one voice. Top-tier users summon it by name; builders orchestrate the same layer to direct their own agents.
Emotional core & memory
The real differentiator: an affect layer that reads tone and context, and a layered memory that keeps people, moods and meaning — so what you build on top feels like it knows the person.
Real-time voice
Natural, interruptible speech that knows who's speaking, holds a stable voice, and can be swapped for another — the same voice engine your integration inherits.
Cross-embodiment
One embodiment-agnostic core that renders across desktop, phone, ambient devices and beyond — build an experience once, meet the user wherever they are.
Straight with you: these capabilities are real and running inside Morgan today. The SDK that opens them up for third-party builders is being hardened and released in phases — so this page is where you tell us what you'd build, not a download link. No vapour, no pretend API.
The plugin framework
Power, on a leash you can see.
Everything a plugin does runs through a permission model organised by capability — mail, files, the web, the machine. Nothing acts silently.
Each request is sandboxed, approved by the user by capability, and written to a tamper-evident log. High-stakes steps ask first, and instructions hidden inside the content Morgan reads are treated as data, never commands.
This is the same safety layer that governs Morgan's own actions — you build on top of it, you don't have to rebuild it.
How access opens
Built in the open.
Released in phases.
We'd rather open this carefully to a few serious builders than throw a half-finished SDK over the wall. Here's the path.
Register interest
Tell us what you'd build with Morgan. We're gauging demand and shaping the SDK around what real builders actually need. No commitment — just a signal.
Design partners
A small, hand-picked private beta. Real keys, real support, direct line to the founder — and genuine influence over how the platform takes shape.
SDK & marketplace
General availability: documented SDK, the sandboxed plugin framework, and a marketplace where what you build can reach every Morgan user.
